With over 35 years of international legal experience spanning finance, corporate law, foundation matters, and strategic fundraising, I help clients structure complex transactions, secure funding, and build resilient legal frameworks that enable sustainable growth.

I have served as legal counsel in leading law firms in the US and Finland, as well as for a major Nordic commercial bank in Helsinki and New York. For 23 years, I was a partner at Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd., Finland’s oldest law firm—leading the Banking & Finance Practice Group and serving on the firm’s board.

Since founding Enablers Advisory Oy in 2019, my work has combined top-tier legal expertise with strategic advisory services for public and private sector clients. I have been trusted to guide some of Finland’s largest Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects since the 1990s and continue to advise on project finance, corporate governance, foundation law, and strategic fundraising across sectors.

Beyond corporate and finance mandates, I am passionate about helping universities, museums, cultural institutions, and foundations secure strategic funding for growth and long-term sustainability.
